Rick Wright has been roofing since his Uncle Billy handed him a ripping bar 24
years ago and told him it was the key to his future. He started Vermont
SlateWright in 1989.
Today, Rick doesn't need to look too hard for his next job. From the donation
of a slate roof destroyed in a racially motivated fire, to the many commercial
and residential roofs done around the country, Wright can be proud of his
accomplishments.
|
You can find Rick on the job 6-7 days a week splitting and drilling slate by
hand. Rick travels all over the country for clients doing both residential and
commercial jobs.
Wright has the expertise and experience with slate roofs that cannot be learned
over night.

Rick grew up and resides in Bennington, Vermont. He attended Boston University
and Castleton State College. He is married and has three children.
